Hello everyone,

PhillySwirl manufactures PEANUT/TREE NUT FREE and GLUTEN-FREE  novelty ice
creams.  All of our products are “Peanut-/Tree Nut Free and made in a Nut
Free environment”.  New product packaging reflects this statement on the
front of the product and under the nutritional information.  Initial
product testing took place in November 2003 at the University of Nebraska
Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR).  These tests are
now done at regular intervals to ensure product safety for those with food
allergies

Our goal in 2004 is to raise awareness about the need for safe products
for the millions Americans with food allergies and celiac disease.
