So this is my husbands first thanksgiving since becoming celiac. My 75 year old grandmother always does the cooking and I can't ask her to change she doesn't understand. So I am planning on bringing our own mini thanksgiving with us to her house. I am what you call a cooking novice. Any information thanksgiving related would be much appreciated. I was never one for thanksgiving to begin so I am not even sure what I am supposed to make :( but its my husbands absolute favorite so anything I can do to make it again his favorite day would be great.
