Last week I experienced severe fatigue, which is part of my normal gluten reaction. I could find no gluten but I did have some cheese which had casein in it, which I rarely have. I have two questions:
If you both experience severe fatigue from gluten and are casein sensitive, does the casein give you a fatigue reaction similar to
gluten?
Is eating casein "damaging" as eating gluten is and therefore must be ABSOLUTELY NEVER eaten as with gluten, or is it only a symptom and therefore you need to avoid it but not be perfect?
Thank you oh great gluten free crystal ball.
