Hi to all,
I called Knorr after posting to this list and they told me that they are
discontinuing the potatoes and sauce mixes. However, they did say that any
ingredients containing the top eight food allergens determined by the FDA,
which includes gluten, would be clearly marked on ingredient listings. Thus,
the 'natural flavor' should be okay.

Thanks to those of you who wrote with advice and info.
