I am new to being called a celiac. I have had problems with my gut most of
my 56 years.
I naturally would fast every so often. As I am more sensitive these days I
am interested in food replacement.
I am trying out Medifast now. My stomach reacts to the Medifast I feel it
beating as with some foods.
I am feeling ok and other than weak, I am just fine.
