Hi Everyone,
I have two friends who recently had some celiac blood testing done in
Canada. At the time of the testing they were either not eating gluten or
eating very little for at least a couple of weeks.
Would the test results be accurate in those cases?
Incidentally one was told by the doctor she couldn't have celiac because
she was not thin and the other that she was too old....

Celiac best,
Susan
