Does anyone out there know of a source to buy individual packets of salad
dressings or mayonnaise?  I am particularly interested in "mainstream" type
brands that appeal to teenagers and children.  I contacted Kraft and was
told that they do manufacture single size packets but they are not available
to me as a retail consumer.  I would love to find Kraft Miracle Whip and
some variety of Ranch dressing if possible.  It would be nice to have these
on hand.

Thanks in advance for any insights.  I will summarize and post the sources I
receive.
