Hello,

I want to thank everyone who responded to 'reacting'. Every response was
helpful - it was particularly helpful to realize I'm not the only one out
there hyperreactive and having to deal with this. Just asking for feedback
has helped me finally accept the reality of this - whatever it is... I
have played around and toyed and wondered and, frankly, messed up long
enough with this and the beginning steps of taking it very seriously have
begun within me.
I feel as if I live within a shell of knowledge about the ramifications of
what I can eat that is completely invisible to the rest of the world,
although I know there are many who suffer other kinds of 'invisible'
medical problems - which I probably haven't been very aware of or
sympathetic towards. Well, - this is an eye-opener.
Thanks again, listmates.

Karen Valderrama
