Hi,

I am not sure why I can't have Ranch dressing????  The list of
ingredients seems ok????  Please help?  Is there an other alternative??
I also wanted to know if anyone has tried Mrs. Dash spices (which are
gluten free) as thier web site seems very vague.

Last thing...  I seem to be reacting to stuff with "sulphites" in it....
is there gluten in sulphites??  I hope these aren't silly questions I
just am not sure where else to turn )o:
