Dear Listmates -
Except for one listmate, everyone said that the non-stick Calphalon
cookware is GF.

One listmate said that there was a post on this some time in the past,
and that the listmate had investigated and found out that the non-stick
coatings are strictly synthetic and gluten-free.

However, one listmate pointed out that these coatings are the same as
Teflon and that tiny amounts do come off, and that it isn't good for us -
not gluten, just not good for us. That listmate sticks with non-coated
cookware.

Vicki
