Hi Everyone,
I'm having a problem staying on the diet. As my stomach improves I think 'a small bite of this barbeque (with unknown sauce) won't hurt', or dipping two cherry tomatoes into an unknown salad dressing, such a tiny infraction, won't bother me. I do this when I have no stomach complaint.
Well, its the next day and something did bother me. I don't understand why I don't get it in my head that I must adhere, without exception, to the diet as I have suffered many times because this. I eat an exceptionally healthy diet - fresh fruits and vegetables, cooking my own meats. I do almost everything right. I think almost should be good enough!
I live with a lot of people who happily chow down on chips, donuts, etc., -- I'm always saying 'no', watching them enjoy. All my virtuous 'no's' countered by a couple of rare yes's. This is impossible!
