I had a Biopsy done in May 2003 and there was flattened villi. I
then had the antibody screenings done and out of the three tests ( Endomysial Antibodies IGA, Gliadin AB (IGA) and Gliadin AB (IGG)), only the Gliadin IGG came back positive. My doctor told me to go on a Gluten Free diet, and I did and have been feeling better since then.
