Hello,
I have had a quick gluten-type reaction to my made-by-myself Waldorf
salads yesterday and today. I know all the other foods i have been
eating are gluten free. But since going gf a 18 months ago, I haven't
had sandwiches, and therefore, haven't had mayonnaise. I am now
wondering if the egg in the mayonnaise is the problem. Had I had this
reaction before (bloating, cramping, rumbling, diarrhea) I would have
just attributed it to hidden gluten somewhere. But now I am positive I
haven't had any gluten accidently. Does anyone know of this type of
reaction to eggs? If so, is it a digestive problem or a true allergy?
Will summarize. Thanks!
Michele
