When I run the "HelpSpot" I get the following:

The Device Loader failed to load the device.
       Detail 1:
The Existing Ndis2 Driver device listed under the Network adapters
section
Of the Device Manager has a problem

It will not automatically fix and when I follow the instructions for a
manual fix, it doesn't work and I get messages saying that my Ndis2Device
Driver is corrupted or not installed. I have reinstalled it per the
instructions, but that doesn't work.

What is the Ndis2Device Driver. Is it something left over from an unused
program? Do I need it? If so, does anyone know how I can fix it or get a
new one.

Thank you.
