Disclaimer:
Don't burn the computer up (or the house) trying to
squeeze a little more life out of the PS...

Do you know anybody that is qualified to take the PS
apart, clean it, and disassemble the fan and oil it?
If it has been making noise too long, this might be an
exercise in futility since the bearings might be scored
and already overheating to the point it would just "cook"
the new oil... (You find this out _after_ you are done...)

I oiled a PS fan (at the first sign of noise) years ago, and
it is still fine. (But that computer is rarely on these days...)

They might be able to replace the fan (only) with a new one...

Pick your technician carefully... They need to be good
mechanically and electrically...
