I've got a few q's

Presently and continuing, your supervisor has been supportive of you?

Would they be willing to listen to any constructive suggestions?

My supervisor has gone to great lengths for me to get in this position. I
do what I'm required and more with detail to what I'm required to do. My
supervisor welcomes creative suggestions in what can make the job better. This
person who has problems with me doesn't like new ideas being implemented. He
is one of those who does the job and is out the door when he is done. No
frills, just the work and that's it.
