After recently experiencing some glitches with my DSL software and browser, I (unsuccessfully) attempted a few system restores. Then I reloaded Windows ME and IE. Now all seems well with the DSL and browser EXCEPT--when I click on START then PROGRAMS I get "STARTUP (empty)" and nothing else. I can find all my programs using explore or search--why are they no longer listed under PROGRMS?? Any way to get them back? Thanks!
