Isto contradice a lo que io ha scribite: secundo me il es melior si UMI ha
plus de representantes o organisationes pro minor territorios intra statos
(plus grande e/o non uniforme, ma consistente de plure nationes distincte
territorialmente, p. ex. Suissa, Belgio, etc.): si UMI ha un sol
representante in un grande pais, ille / illa non pote exequer efficace
actiones in un territorio distante del pais. Ille non cognosce le homines
local, qui un representante territorial pote cognoscer; non le
circumstantias e relationes local, etc.
Io adde ancora un factor al question, describente ora un situation
hypothetic: mesmo flamingos poterea haber un aparte association de
interlingua que non pertine a un association belgic, o illes pertinerea al
association nederlandese e non al association belgic, isto es lor decision e
UMI debe respectar lor decision e voluntate.
