Helen,
We're not out money directly as of yet, but Greg and I were going over
our contract this morning and the house was supposed to be started within
two weeks of the closing, which, in this case would have been June 1,
allowing for holidays  ,and completed within 90 days, or Aug. 27.  He is
in violation at this point, unless he can prove that there were unforseen
circumstances.  As Greg pointed out, however, if we renig on the contract
because of his violation we'll be back to square one and we don't want to
go there either.  We are just praying about what to do at this point.
