i know people who have lost tech jobs. more to that
than just cheaper overseas work. but, i'll not burden
you all with a boring ecconomic thesis. time will tell
what will happen in 2004. if eagles soar, even the
buzzards will fly. a lot can happen in a year. one
thing that will not happen is that it will be the
same. it will be much better or it will be much worse.
