It's not something you can adjust, it's something you have to be real
advanced to do and have test equipment for not to mention getting the radio
apart,  where are you talking in to it? I mean, are you 6 inches away, I
usually talk across mine only about 1 inch at the most away as I do with all
HT's and hand mics and I really don't have any problem like that with the
TH-F6A or any other one.
