Is this 2-meter HT fairly easy to use for someone totally blind? There's one
on ebay for $145.95, plus $10 shipping. They mention computer
programmability, wonder how much the cable and software are, and if it's
accessible? Or am I better off as far as accessibility and functionality to
spend the extra for a Kenwood thf6a? Ebay doesn't seem to have any of those
listed (I know most people don't want to part with them, as they're triband,
receive almost anything you'd want in a general receiver, and are capable of
use on packet without adapters, I assume a tnc is still necessary to
experiment with that though.
