When I was at Dayton last year, I looked at the radio shack dual bander and
it is made by Elinco.  They use the Elinco battery packs.  As far as mobile
rigs go, I use an Icom 2100 which doesn't have speech but the accessible
mobile rigs with speech are the higher priced dual bander rigs like the
Kennwood tmv7A and the Kennwood 707.  I'm not sure about the Icom
