Hi Butch,
As you know, back translation of Braille is not always foolproof and it is
highly unlikely that the sighted would bother trying this, especially since
such files would still be missing such features as diagrams.
On the other hand, we can read these BRF files using a lot of methods:
Braille displays, braille note taking devices, portable reading devices like
Book Port and even software such as K1000 and OpenBook!
DAISY would also be another good format.
