Page 2-13 of my manual states that two pairs of Dual channel memory is
OK, and that's what I have (Kingston 512 DDR 400) . This didn't work at
first, and ASUS suggested changing the memory frequency to 333MHz, which
solved the problem. . I don't see Geil memory on the approved list, but
that may not matter.
The ATI page suggests you may need to update Direct X.
Onboard sound is OK with me. You may want to search for updated drivers.
