That battery powers everything. I have yet to see a mobo with more than one battery.
>hi list members and seasons greetings to you all.i understand that there is a battery which powers the computer clock but i am simply unable to locate it on the mobo.i have two comps and one mobo is via 667 mhz and the other is asus model P4 GE-MX AND BOTH HAVE WIN 98 SE AS OS.The only battery i find on both is the cmos one. shall appreciate any light shed on the subject.thanks and have a nice day--venkat viswanathan
