Hi,
Try this if you have more than 512 MB of ram. Remove anything above that and
reboot. If it starts up OK then you will need to limit the amount of memory
windows uses. Got to msconfig, advanced, and set limit at 512.
 I learned this little trick right hear on pcbuild. Hope it helps,
