I purchased a new serial ATA hard drive (160 Gig Western Digital) and am
trying to install Windows XP on an Asus K8Vse deluxe for Athlon 64 processor
with the 3400 AMD 64 processor installed. My problem is that I cannot get
any operating system to see the hard drive although BIOS lists it. With
another hard drive installed and the SATA hard drive connected, the other
drive will recognize the SATA drive. What am I doing wrong?
