Hi,

I'm using a Lite-on 8x, all format, purchased at OM under some other
marketing name, for $79 after rebate, and it seems to work very well.
I'm an occasional burner. It came with Sonic software, very easy to
use.

Thanks and have a Great Day!

Joe Lore

I took some video (mini DV) at a family wedding and after seeing how
much the local camera store wants to make dvd copies, it is time to
install a DVD R/RW drive. Any recommendations and advice would be
appreciated. The NEC 2500A seems to be a reasonably priced solution(?)
My computer is a Sony RX-650, XP home, 512 RAM. Steve Leonard Malden, MA
