Well Phil,
Of course, in medical terms, the reason is that when he began going
through puberty and his brane was awash with all the hormone activity,
Chris's frontal lobe didn't develop as quickly as the rest of the brane,
thus his impulsivity and anger management problems and so forth. I see
things more your way, and I believe that Chris can pull out of this, but
I have to work within the system that I am in. Unfortunately, Christian
counseling is sparse to nill around here.
