The audible chip gives you a certain number of beeps in relation to the SWR.
One beep is for an SWR of 1.5  to 1 or less.  Then, I think it is 2 beeps
for 2.0, 3 beeps for 2.5, four beeps for 3.0, and 5 beeps for above  3 to 1.
It's approximate, to be sure, but certainly gives you a ball-park idea of
how you are doing.  And, as I said, the price for the mod was right.
