Tom,
You'd probably have to look at a schematic to find the adjustment, assuming
there is one. Before you do that, you might want to check to see if you're
in narrow band mode. That's a menu setting, and changing it to wide may
give you a bit more gain. I don't remember which setting it is, but I'll
research it if you want me to.
