It is relatively rare to find a company that solely makes one product or
line of products.  Rarer still to find solely gluten-free companies.  Hain,
like many companies, uses the highest manufacturing practices to minimize
any risk of cross contamination.  Like many other companies in this day and
age, claims can come back to haunt you in lawsuits, and so better to say it
is not "free" of something that is used in the plant at all.
