Thanks to all who responded. Following are some of the responses I received:
Luna Glow bars are low carb and GF. They make at least 2 different chocolate
flavors and 1 strawberry caramel.
www.shopbydiet.com allows you to search for those items by both low
carb and gluten-free dietary restrictions.
Atkins has quite a few of their bars listed as gf. The peanut butter cups
are my favorite.
I like the Carbolite chocolate stuff. The milk chocolate is good, but the
Dark Chocolate Bar is my favorite.
I think those of us on both low-carb and gluten-free diets is increasing. I
have a website that has a lot of recipes I think you'd like.
http://members.fortunecity.com/cdhg/ As for chocolate, Hershey's has a line
of sugar-free chocolates and all flavors are GF (dark chocolate, milk
chocolate, milk chocolate with almonds, Reese's peanut butter cups). Also
Endulge bars are good. They are under Atkin's and I know that there's a GF
list from Atkin's in the archives.

Thanks again to all ... and, as always, it's a good idea to check things
out for yourselves.
