There is an article in the 3/10/04 issue of the Long Island (NY) Catholic
newspaper 'Celiac disease requires different approach to Eucharist'.

The article is very interesting but somewhat disturbing as well. There is
concern expressed by the Church but they seem to miss the point that a
low-gluten host is not safe.
