Please forgive my convoluted description above. I know what I'm looking for, but I'm not sure there's a name for it. I have a Voc Rehab client with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, who needs to move around a lot in his industrial job. Wrist splint style gloves have given him some relief, but he still experiences a lot of pain in his wrists when keyboarding. (Yes, we're looking at voice dictation as a part of this package.)
The client is quite fluent in "techie-speak," and said he was looking for splints or gloves that had a gel insert which especially covers the *wrist* area. I've seen gloves with gel inserts in the palms, but not the wrists. Any ideas on if this exists or how to create a durable set?
Thank you as always!
