i,ve recently decreased meal frequency with it having a profound effect.
especialy in weightloss which had been stalled
i use jan k optimal diet ratio,s so intake of calories is the same
intermittent fasting led to lower levels of insulin, bloodsugar
higher levels igh1 and ketones than calorie resiction
what is fasinating is burning ketones instead of glucose
provided a protective,anti-aging effect on cells
(intermittent fating disssoiates benefidal effects of dietary resstriction
on glucose metabolism and neuonal resistane to injury from calorie intake)
