That's about where I am at, too. In my case it is just that I have a
lot of other things to do and think about, food does not rate that
highly. As long as it tastes OK and does not make me feel bad, I will
eat it. Neanderthin fits my prejudices, so I don't find it hard to
follow. I do 'cheat' quite a bit, though. Wally's comment about people
who HAVE to be strict because of health problems is right to the point.
I am probably 90% paleo. The only thing I really strongly try to avoid
is wheat, because of the very quick response, migraine headaches, that
it gives me.
