I am dealing with the satiety issue as well. It seems I am constantly hungry
yet I am maintaining my weight which causes me to think that I would gain if
I ate more?! So how much fat do I need to eat? I occasionally still eat
white turkey, but for the most part I eat pork, beef, goose, elk, venison,
ostrich, and wild boar - depending on what I get. I cook my elk and venison
in oil since they are somewhat lean, I cook my veggies when I cook them in
oil, and/or I pour olive oil or other oil over my meat/veggies/salad. Can
someone give an estimate of how much fat they eat besides the fat that is
naturally on the meat?
