Well, of course I avoid transfats like the plague that they are. And, as hard as it is to admit it, I am attempting to limit saturated fat right now. Just limit it, not eliminate it.
I'm doing a lot of fish oil, olive oil, almond and avocado oil. For example, yesterday morning for breakfast I had ground beef. But after cooking I poured off the grease and replaced it with a tablespoon each of fish oil and olive oil. Delicious.
