I am absolutely doing heavy lifting. One set of 8-12 repetitions to exhaustion for about 10-12 exercises. Two workouts a week. High intensity protocol, it's called. I believe this best reproduces the exercise habits of our male hunter ancestors. I believe the females as gatherers did less high intensity stuff.
