, i mean as a very aproximative average energy wise .But it could be weight
wise also if the other half is mostly vegetables and nuts just to give an
idea .
i estimated that i eat in average on a long period of time the equivalent of
one pound of fatty meats a day , soemtimes when i butcher it is obviouslly
more and when i have liitle acces to animals i eat way less.
one pound of meats plus a big salad bowl of greens that is close to a pound
of vegetable if i include heavier vegetables ( that i eat in small
quantity ) like roots , plus may be half a pound of fruits plus few nuts .
sometimes when fresh fruits are available from the garden i will eat up to a
pound andf half of them .
anyway this intake is very different from the time i was eating fruit base
diet ,i had to pile pounds and pounds of them to feel fulfilled and even
more differnt when i was eating cooked grains based vegetarian dietand raw
vegetables ,enormous amount ..
sorry for not being more precise but i am not into compulsive compting .
also to comment on your other post i have to share that when eating a grian
based diet i had no attraction at all for ripe fruits may be just some
unripe applesor berries that is it .as soon i quit grains i had a strong
attraction to eat fruits up to 50 percent of my diet
