IIRC, the various paleo diet books each have their own list in the
book, according to their concepts of what is acceptable.>

the form they became , so in a strict sense all wild plants and animals
living in your bioregion are potential foods for you. anything less than
that are compromises trying to imitate a true paleo diet .
