This doesn't surprise me at all.  Big Gulps alone have enough sugar in 'em
to choke a mule.  But carbs are still good for you, according to the
"experts."  Or it all comes down to calories.  I remember a mainstream
article on the study in which people on a low-carb diet with X calories a
day lost more than those on a low-fat diet with fewer calories.  The low-fat
proponents all but shat a brick.  They'll NEVER be able to grasp the concept
that excess carbs = excess fat.
