Hi all,

I've been on a modified ATKINS diet for about 3 years.  It has suited me
well and I have lost needed kilos as well as gaining some health benefits.

I want to loose more kilos --so my question is this:

In the past I needed to cut fruit and restrict veg and salad intake to loose
weight.  But I was able to eat some cheese together with a reasonably high
fat content diet. (sort of Atkins Induction)

Now I'm considering moving to a strict Paleo diet and would like to know if
to loose weight you guys think I'll still need to cut all fruit and restrict
leafy greens and veg as well???
