I think you're right about being less puffy, but I also think that
grains would be the worst culprit here. The dairy connection might
depend on how allergic someone was, as any allergic reaction will hold
water in the tissues. I'm one of those folks who is still eating a
little dairy, and I haven't tried cutting it out completely yet. But I
am very happy with my improved skin tone generally on Paleo; there's
been a significant change overall.
