Aborigines in Australia eat fruit bats (also known as flying foxes). They
are neither a bat or a fox but look like both. I'm pretty sure bats have
been eaten in a variety of places. I have eaten house mice and they are
fine to eat (taste like greasy chicken) with no side effects.
