mag, yes, they are all dead people, but, murder is
an individual killing another indiviual. you will find
in your torah, instuctions on capital punishment to be
administerd by the government (society as a whole),
you'll find instances where war was/is not only
tolerated, but, ordered.
look close at the books of wisdom and you'll even
find why capital punishment no longer deterrs the
capital offenses. ecceiastese (spelling) in
particular.
i hope i at least clarified this. not that i expect
you to quit being pacifist, just clarified the
difference.
