In the main outlook express window, hit alt+V for the view menu, then arrow
down once or twice to "sort by" and hit enter on that, you can arrow through
a bunch of choices in there. Another setting that gets chanced by itself now
and then for some stupid reason.  Can you tell it's happened to me more then
once?  lol.  Hope that helps.
