Hi,
I don't have the model number or anything but I do believe kenwood makes a
mike with a dtmf pad for that radio.

Subject: Portable DTMF Pads
Hi All,
I think I posted here a couple of weeks ago about this but haven't had any
luck so will try again. I am using my Kenwood TS-2000 for both hf and
vhf/uhf use at my home qth. I want to use IRLP and be able to access any
link I choose. I can enter numbers into the DTMF memory of my 2000 but, as
accessible as this rig is, that is one area where it seems impossible to
program as a blind guy.
What I want to find is some sort of small, portable box which has a
touchtone pad and speaker in it which I can hold up to my mic and generate
the necessary tones to bring up IRLP links. I have checked with Radio Shack
and the only thing they seem to have available is a discontinued memory
dialer which connects to the phone line for dialing numbers programmed into
it. This doesn't seem to be what I need.
Does anyone on the list have such a device or have a handle on where I might
find one?
Thanks much and very 73 to all.
